Summary

Step into a hands-on role where your work directly impacts the products customers rely on every day. As a WPL Production Associate, you will play a key part in keeping our production and distribution operations running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. From setting up production lines to palletizing, supporting box room operations, and handling totes, you will help ensure products are prepared, packaged, and delivered with quality and care. You will be part of a team that values safety, consistency, and teamwork, with clear processes and high standards guiding everything we do. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work, take pride in doing things right the first time, and thrive in a dynamic environment where every shift makes a difference.

This position has a base rate of $17.75 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable. Annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Schedule

Monday through Friday with weekend work (Saturday and/or Sunday as required based on department schedules and production needs.

Shift assignments vary by department and may include:

1st shift: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM 

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Works at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products.
  • Ability to complete 202 cases an hour.
  • Ability to verify labels and safety chain.
  • Operates machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area to uphold food safety standards.
  • Collaborates with team members to achieve production targets.
  • Participates in company and department safety programs.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a distribution warehouse.
